Inspired by the coast and view of Godrevy Island and lighthouse on the north coast of Cornwall, on a still day with sunny skies and calm seas. In these very different times, I have given it the name 'Breathe Peace'. Life might seem a long way from this: emotionally, physically for some, financially for many, spiritually...and even hope-less. The stillness of the water in the rock pools and the expansive beach reflecting the lighthouse invites us to stop, to breathe, to simply 'be', especially in the midst of turmoil.
 
The extra fine canvas is wrapped around professional art stretcher bars 20mm wide and stapled on the back. This is then painted a neutral grey, giving a clean finish. The work has the artist’s monogram on the front right corner, is signed and dated on the back and is strung, ready to hang, or you can frame it to your choice.
